The room was quiet and with kitchenette, super comfy bed, as for instance, had everything I needed. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival. The location was marvellous and lovely - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

Everything was good, nothing too much trouble, I recommend it.

The rooms are super spacious, making it a great stopover on a road trip! the location here is absolutely fantastic, and the fact that there's on-site parking is a huge bonus! 🚗

the room was new-fashioned and functional, offered a lounge, coffee facilities and a kitchenette. the highlight was the cheap food. the stuff were super friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

Ideal location - close enough to city center for good restaurants and activities, 5 minutes from airport, and far enough away so you can sleep well. The kitchenette is small but more than adequate and if you get an upgraded room they provide all that is necessary. The laundry facility is great - does a thorough job without wrecking your clothes. Rosemary, the manager and her staff are wonderfully helpful. They go out of their way to help you find the right tour or ideal restaurant. It is hard to imagine that Rosemary can be so consistently positive and on top of all the details necessary but she is.Can't recommend the Heritage Cairns (aka Tropical Heritage Cairns) and Rosemary enough.

No complaints - the Heritage Cairns lives up to their positive reputation.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a great deal for a spacious king room that I enjoyed staying in.

The walkway corridors design or plastering is too rough and uncomfortable,for the interior comfort,they should be smoothered so the walkway walls become more friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was modest and fairly clean, had good views, easy location on Green island. The room was huge and brand-new, offered a lounge area, coffee-making facilities and a kitchenette. Location: the property was close enough to the town centre and the shops and restaurants. Appreciated our trip here and would have extended the stay...

Cozy and super clean room with a TV and a comfy couch - just what we needed! Paid £179 for it. the location was amazing, we could easily walk everywhere, including to the cool new Aquarium 🐠.

The staff was very helpful with confirming our bookings and offering advice. The hotel was quiet but with easy access to the Esplanade.

Centrally located. Staff extremely helping in organizing and booking excursions (even at a discount vs. booking agencies). Free transfer to pier for Reef excursions.

Enjoyed a fantastic stay while shopping here. the location was great, close to the airport, Esplanade, boardwalk, plenty of restaurants, and the marina. Also, it was conveniently near the promenade for evening strolls. 🌴

This was the perfect hotel for a simple, comfortable, convenient, reasonable- cost stay in Cairns - close to the Esplanade and the center of town, comfortable room, beds, tv, good shower, quiet, free internet. Wonderful hostess Rosemary was efficient and helpful and full of good stories about png. A lot of beautiful png artifacts are on display in lobby and hallways.

The location here is fantastic, very convenient to the city center, and the staff are incredibly friendly, making sure you have a great stay.
